幾個禮拜前車子的溫度計壞掉 對 購買4年多 只開33000miles的車子 
竟然已經修理了第七個零件 非常不滿意的我
上個禮拜頻頻打電話+email到處發 到處找local VW dealers or VW總廠抱怨

Here's what I wrote in the email:
"I have a few complaints to make about the 2002 Jetta 1.8T I purchased four years ago. 
Since the day I purchased the car, I've dropped the car off at dealers for at least 5 times, 
to fix or replace several parts, including the plastic window mediators, 
one gas pump cap, one storage box handler, one music stereo nub, 
one engine oxygen detector, seat heat power swtiches. 
After warranty expired a year ago, I recently dropped the car off for engine thermostat's problem. 
You can look up the record in the computer system and you will find how annoyed I am. 
Since the warranty expired, I had to pay nearly $500 to replace the broken thermostat. 
The car's mileage is only 33,000 and it shouldn't be this fragile, falling apart and not performing well. 
I've heard people talking about how unreliable VW vehicles can be, compared to Japan-manufactured cars. 
But I didn't think it was this bad. I am not satisfied with the quality of the vehicle,
and would like to see what compensation I can get."

今天VW customer care center打來一再道歉 也允諾在我的文件上面加了一條保固:
"power system under the 5 year or 60,000 miles warranty"
雖然我不知道 這個保固包括哪些零件... (XD 期望我永遠不會知道...)
但是 發現吵鬧的小孩還是有糖吃啊!! 如果我就認了 那往後的損失........
